Legal notice
Last updated: 31 October 2026
This page says who provides Kingdom Manager and how to get in touch, as required by Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI). How the service is used is explained in the terms of use, and what is done with data, in the privacy policy.
This is a translation of the Spanish original, provided so you can read it in English. If the two versions ever differ, the Spanish one applies, except where the English one gives you more rights.
1. Owner
For now, Kingdom Manager is a personal project in its testing phase: it's free, charges nobody and shows no advertising. While that remains the case, its owner is identified by the name of the service and its contact email:
- Service: Kingdom Manager (formerly Community Surveys)
- Website: kingdomanager.com
- Email: soporte@kingdomanager.com
Before charging for any plan, the owner's full name, tax ID (NIF) and address will be published in the legal notice, as the Spanish Information Society Services Act (LSSI) requires from anyone providing a service as an economic activity.
The activity doesn't need prior administrative authorisation and isn't a regulated profession.
2. What this website is
Kingdom Manager is a service that lets the person in charge of a community (for example, a video game alliance) send surveys to its members, collect their answers from a link and see them summarised in dashboards. Public pages, like this one, can be read without an account. Creating alliances and surveys requires signing up and accepting the terms of use.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
The code, the design, the website's texts, the ready-made surveys and the Kingdom Manager brand belong to the owner or are used with their authors' permission. They may not be copied, distributed or transformed without authorisation, except as the law allows.
What users upload (an alliance's name and logo, its members' answers) still belongs to whoever provides it, as the terms of use explain.
Call of Dragons and the other game names that appear on the website are trademarks of their owners. Kingdom Manager is an independent service: it isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them, and only names them to indicate which game each survey is for.
4. Use of the website and liability
The owner works to keep the website running without interruptions or errors and its information accurate, but can't guarantee it at all times: there may be outages for maintenance or because of failures at the technical providers. When they can be foreseen, they'll be announced in advance.
The owner isn't liable for content published by users (for example, a survey's title or message), although it will remove it as soon as it learns it is unlawful. If you see something like that, write to soporte@kingdomanager.com.
Links to third-party websites are offered for convenience; the owner doesn't control their content.
5. Applicable law
This website is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts where you live; in all other cases, the courts where the owner is domiciled will have jurisdiction.
